Dr. Mohammad Al Redha is the Director of Project Management Office, Health Informatics & Smart Health at Dubai Health Authority. He is a graduate and post-graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He was also a research fellow in clinical informatics at Harvard Medical School in Boston and a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development - Young Leaders.

Prior to joining Dubai Health Authority,Dr Mazin Gadir worked in Healthcare Transformation Strategy and Digital Health Innovation at several companies, including Pricewaterhouse Coopers PwC, Abu Dhabi Healthcare Services Co. SEHA and Cerner Limitedaccumulating 17 years of experience in the field of Healthcare, innovation and transformation. Notable is his17 years as a management consultant his depth of experience covered many global organizations in the UK, France, UAE, KSA, GCC, Australia, India and the USA.
Dr Mazin Gadir received PhD in Quantum Electronics and Nanotechnology from The University of Leeds in the UK from 2000 to 2005. He also obtained his MSc in Management and Business Administration and BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

Julie has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. She has 18 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry specializing in technical sales and project management.
Originally from the Philippines, she moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2005, and began her career in a chemical manufacturing company for oil drilling as QA/QC Technical Documentation Coordinator. Being a people person, she followed her passion and went back to sales after spending two years working in a laboratory. From then on, she worked as generalizing specialist on areas such as technical sales, procurement, office management, business development, and project management. To some, working on a multicultural environment could be challenging, but not for her. She enjoys and thrives working with various nationalities, which she experienced most of her career in and outside of the U.A.E., such as in the United Kingdom, in France, and in Germany.
