Mrs. Laila Faridoon holds a master degree in Computer Science from the University of Sharjah (2006). Mrs. Faridoon has 15 years of work experience and is currently the Executive Director at the Director General Office of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Ms. Faridoon plays a pivotal role in facilitating decision making, analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the policies and functions of RTA in accordance with the strategic goals of RTA.
Mrs. Faridoon also runs the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) in RTA within the Director General Office. The EPMO monitors and tracks projects in RTA and ensures achievement of RTA Business Objectives.
Mrs. Faridoon is also heading the Innovation Strategy Committee in RTA which is in charge of developing and monitoring the RTA's innovation strategy and establishing the innovation culture within RTA.
Mrs. Faridoon is an active researcher in the field of IT and project management. Her research has been published and presented at top conferences and journals. She has received the best research award of the year (2006).
Mrs. Faridoon is former board member of Dubai Quality Group (DQG) 2010-2012.
Being a life-long learner, Ms. Faridoon is a graduate of a two-year young leaders program organized by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD).
Mrs. Faridoon has received several awards; the latest is Middle East Woman Leader in Corporate Management Excellence (2014).

Mrs. Rozana Mosameh is an experienced project management professional with vast experience in TV and Media in MENA covering different sides of the industry. She’s worked with the largest free-to-air broadcaster “MBC GROUP”, and the largest pay TV operator “OSN”.
During her 10 years’ experience her work involved managing various size digital projects. She has a track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within the scope by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources.

Hamad Y. Khatir worked in both private and government sectors and participated in a number of vital projects such as the Core Banking System for Dubai Islamic Bank and Customs Development Projects at Dubai Customs, and currently he is working as Head of Project Management Performance Unit at Ministry of Interior (UAE).
