Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates which locates on the southeast coast of the Arabian Gulf with population of 2.78 million. Dubai emerged as a global city and business hub of the Middle East. It is also a major transport hub for passengers and cargo. Its economy with the main revenues now coming from tourism, aviation, real estate, and financial services.

Dubai has recently attracted world attention through many innovative large construction projects and sports events, ex: Dubai Metro (the longest driver-less metro in the world), Dubai Water Canal, EXPO 2020, Horses World Cup and many other projects and events. The city has become iconic for its skyscrapers and high-rise buildings, it has the tallest tower in the world ""Burj Khalifa"". Dubai was rated as one of the best places to live in the Middle East by U.S. global consulting firm Mercer.

Ali Hassan

Eng Ali Lootah joined the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai as an Engineer in Rail Planning and Projects Development Department (Rail Agency) in 2009, and has been promoted to different positions in the Engineering departments until he became the Manager of Technical Support Section in Director General Office where it considered as PMO Office within the organization (2013-current) . He responsible to supervise and report about RTA's projects to the top management and give the technical opinion/advise to support the top management in making decisions in different fields (Rail, Public Transport, and Roads)

He holds a Master degree in Engineering Management (MEM) and Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering (BSc) from the American University of Sharjah. Throughout his career life, he enrolled into many leadership training courses beside some technical course to increase his knowledge in both, the managerial and engineering field.
