Wale commenced his professional career in the UK as a Software Engineer, followed by several years as an IT Project Manager and subsequently a Strategic Projects Manager for the UK office of Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), where he managed organizational Change and Development programs across five business divisions. Latterly, Wale commenced his career in strategy in 2005 as a Strategy Execution and Performance Management Consultant for various sectors in the UK and the Middle East. He was the Head of Strategy and Performance at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) from 2010 to 2013. Since joining HCT in 2017, Wale has been responsible for (i) the further development of the corporate performance management function, (ii) further development of the strategy and risk management functions, embedding Future Foresight methods and techniques and, (iii) establishing operational planning process and systems across 16 campuses and 7 central departments.
