Tiffany Chang is an award-winning orchestra and opera conductor who has been recognized internationally by the Solti Foundation U.S., The American Prize, OPERA America, and the LIT Talent Awards. She has served as a professor at Oberlin Conservatory, Boston University, Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, and Berklee College of Music. She authors a leadership blog called "Conductor as CEO" where she shares how arts leaders may apply ideas that have helped business CEOs succeed. Her "refreshing and thoughtful" leadership on and off the stage has led her to be an active panelist, speaker, and contributor for organizations such as the Canton Symphony, Girls Who Conduct, Sound Mind, Notes from the Podium, and PM World Journal. www.tiffanychang.net
