Biography of speaker:

Nimmy Nemlin is working as a Technical Program Manager at Google Germany, and she has more than 14 years of experience in the Tech industry. She has worn many hats in her career from developer, Software tester to Project manager, Product Management and Program management. She is an ambassador of diversity ,inclusion and women empowerment and part of various communities supporting it. She is very passionate about problem solving ,tech for good, building great teams and mentoring college graduates. She is very committed to equal opportunity in STEM and is a speaker, moderator and panelist at various global conferences.

She was nominated for Speaker of the Year in 2021, and her talks are mostly focused on helping people in their career growth and advocating for diversity and inclusion and deconstructing fear and failures.

Outside of work, she enjoy travelling, baking, connecting with like-minded people, and spending quality time with family and friends.
