Aina Alive is an AI-Augmented Strategist, the founder of Bee Agile and The PMO Strategy & Execution Hub, and the lead author of The Evolution of the PMO: The Rise of the Chief Project Officer — a global collaboration spanning 29 countries. She brings two decades of experience across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, helping organizations evolve their delivery systems through strategy, agility, and AI integration.
