Ghalia Turki is a PMP®-certified Project Manager, Leadership & Management Coach, and Strategic Trainer with over 15 years of experience leading projects, developing teams, and delivering impact across government, corporate, and community environments.

She has delivered over 1000 hours of training in project management, leadership, and human skills, working with diverse audiences from young professionals to senior leaders.

Her work focuses on bridging project management with human behavior and leadership psychology—helping project managers move beyond frameworks to lead more effectively, navigate complexity, and drive sustainable results.

Currently, she leads strategic marketing and communication initiatives within a government entity in Dubai, managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
