At De Montfort University, Shailendra has been actively involved in strengthening programme governance, improving academic processes, and integrating industry-relevant practices into curriculum and programme management. His work focuses on enhancing student learning experiences, improving operational efficiency, and aligning academic initiatives with institutional strategy.
