Dr. Mona Zoughaib — a recognized authority in project management, organizational transformation, and strategic leadership.

Dr. Zoughaib is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of We Grow Minds, and holds a PhD in HR Analytics, Project Management, and Information Systems from Université de Paris. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, she has successfully led and consulted on million-dollar initiatives for government entities and major organizations across the MENA region — including NEOM, AD Ports, the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, ALDAR, and many others.

In parallel to her consulting work, Dr. Zoughaib has taught for more than 15 years as a part-time professor at LAU and AUB, nurturing future leaders in the field. She’s also a PMI Premier ATP instructor and PwC Academy Certified Trainer, known for her 100% success rate in PMP and CAPM training.

Dr. Zoughaib has served as a board member for both PMI Lebanon and PMI UAE Chapters and is currently on the board of the Lebanese Association of Information Systems. She is a sought-after international speaker, with recent engagements at DIPMF, PMI LIM, PMOGA, the Global Project Management Forum, and the IMPACT Summit.
