Shankar Jayaraman brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in project management and IT, having led high-impact teams across India, Dubai, and the United States. He has built systems, scaled projects, and created harmony in some of the most fast-paced, high-pressure environments — from Fortune 500 boardrooms to cross-functional remote teams spanning continents.

But his journey didn’t stop at professional success.

After experiencing the intense pressure leaders face when projects stall, communication breaks down, and teams freeze under uncertainty, Shankar shifted his mission. He now works with business founders and project managers to help them lead with calm, manage pressure gracefully, and unlock hidden profit through clear decision-making and aligned teams.

He is the founder of Legacy Mentors Hub, where he coaches MSME leaders to grow without burning out, micromanaging, or constantly firefighting.

Most recently, he served as the Speaker Facilitator for TEDx Jumeirah Beach Park, supporting thought leaders in delivering their message with clarity and impact. It’s this blend of insight, presence, and leadership simplicity that makes him a trusted voice in business transformation today.

Shankar has also dedicated over 10,000 hours to studying personal growth and was personally mentored by the legendary Bob Proctor.
