Biography of speaker:  Karen Holliday is President of NYAK Consulting with over 30 years of experience in operations. She has held senior roles at major firms including Fiserv, Discover Card, Harte-Hanks, SourceLink, and Toppan Merrill. Formerly COO at Innovairre Communications, she was named a Top 100 COO Icon by ONCon in both 2023 and 2024. Karen is also a certified Health and Life Coach, bringing a holistic approach to leadership, performance, and personal development. In addition to her executive experience, she is a passionate public speaker and podcast guest, sharing insights on leadership, resilience, and transformation. She recently delivered a TEDx Talk in Dubai and continues to speak at events throughout the region and internationally. Karen serves as a Program Advisor for Women in Leadership at Valparaiso University and is an active mentor, committed to empowering the next generation of leaders
