Mr. Eisa Khalid Al Ali

Beginning his career in the region as an Oil Field Engineer at Schlumberger, Eisa is now the Executive Director of Commercial & Operation for Etihad Rail.  Working to manage strategic projects & initiatives and to establish governance frameworks, policies and program development for the 40 Billion AED infrastructure scheme, Eisa oversees a variety of special projects and task forces related to operation of railway and future expansion of the rail network.

In 2015, Eisa has also played a pivotal role in Expo2020, working as the Deputy Director General for Planning & Infrastructure.  Prior to his current role, Eisa worked as a development manager for ALDAR Properties’ Al Bandar development (AED 1.6 Billion) in Abu Dhabi which is the recipient of three international awards.

Eisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Paris Sorbonne University and a Diploma (with distinction) in Leadership Excellence from the University of Cambridge.  Eisa also is a certified PMP professional and Technical Committee Chair for Sheikh Hamdan Award for Innovation in Project Management.
