Transformational Change Management

Seminar Overview

Change management is one of the most highly coveted skills at management and leadership levels.  However, it is not secret that most organizations fail in transforming their organizations or even in implementing change. Managers and Executives find themselves compelled to initiate and lead change to either sustain or grow.

Change management requires specific know-how as well as a leading attitude. On the other hand, it is crucial to differentiate between transformation and “generic” change management. This seminar will highlight differences, provide a blueprint for leaders of transformations, and clarify pitfalls to avoid.
