Hayat is a Program Control Manager with Over 18 years of practical experience in the field of construction management, BIM Management, Facility Management, Controlling & planning using latest PC skills and Programs mainly in planning scheduling, monitoring with Project Management Suites like Primavera, Asta Power Project and MS Project , Revit and Navisworks to have the Full BIM Concept 3D, 4D & 5D.
In addition, she is working as Trainer in Society of Engineers since 2007 where she Prepare Materials and Provide some Courses such as Management Courses, Primavera P6 and Delay Analysis, MS Project, Navisworks and Revit.
She Built Solid Experience and Accumulated professional experience over 18 years in Various Senior and management Positions includes overall Projects Management, Time & cost control, arrange and coordinate Civil, Architectural & MEP works, Prepare Contracts and financial Reports. Having worked in many Projects such as time Tower, Pumping Station, Developed Nurai Island, in addition to many buildings, Hospitals and Schools and Currently Controlling some Army Projects.
Hayat holds a post graduate degree, majoring in Civil engineer from "Aleppo University" in addition she is PMP Certified, and she hold Master in Business Administration, in addition to attended many courses and seminars related to her expertise especially in management, arbitration, Construction law and green building.
