Biography of speaker: Anupama Kinatukara lives in New Jersey and is a certified DISC Consultant, Motivational Speaker, Leadership Coach, and a PMP and PgMP certification holder. She has led global teams for the past 15+ years at Fortune 500 companies (IBM, MetLife). She is currently serving with the President's Advisory Council of the Maxwell Leadership Team on the Systems & Data Committee.

Anupama is an award-winning Toastmaster & has been an International Keynote Speaker at Toastmasters and Rotary Clubs across the globe. She volunteers her time at the Project Management chapter in New Jersey USA, at her church and in her community. She is a mom of 3 and a committed individual who is passionate about servant leadership & developing leaders around her.
