Kendall Wilson is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in quality assurance, business intelligence infrastructure, and digitization. As a certified PMP® and PMI-PBA® professional, Kendall has made significant contributions to advancing digital solutions for leading organizations such as Meta, Google, Modon, and Parsons.

Currently serving as the Digital Twin, Smart Cities, Innovation, and Data Analytics Lead at Parsons Corporation / Modon in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Kendall drives high-level digital transformation initiatives across the MENA region. His expertise spans digital ecosystems, quality oversight, and compliance with reliability standards across critical infrastructure sectors.

Kendall's career highlights include leading the digitization of data centers at Meta and Google by integrating BIM360 Tandem Digital Twins, Power BI, and Augmented Reality. With a strong academic background, including an upcoming Doctor of Business EdH in Digital Leadership from Golden Gate University, an MSc in Project Management from the University of Salford, and an MBA in Data Analytics from Boston University, Kendall possesses a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between technology and business.

This presentation will explore the Digital Twin Life Cycle, focusing on the key standards and frameworks that guide the implementation and management of digital twins across various evolutionary stages. We will discuss how ISO 30173 establishes essential concepts and terminology, while ISO 19650-3, ISO 19650-4, and ISO 19650-5 provide guidelines for information management, digital information development, and managed information exchanges during the construction and deployment phases. Additionally, we will examine how ISO 23247 leverages digital twin environment operations and how ISO 30186 establishes a maturity model to assess and guide the implementation sophistication levels associated with digital twin initiatives.
