Biography of speaker:

Dr. Mamoon Atout is a Senior Specialist of Construction Project Management with 38 years of experience in the construction industry, including engineering project management, construction management, and contract management. He holds a PhD in Construction Engineering Management and a master's degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Glamorgan, UK. Dr. Mamoon's career includes roles from Project Engineer to Projects Director, emphasizing regulatory compliance, process improvement, and cost control. He is a Fellow of the CIOB, a certified construction manager, certified expert from AIPMO in Switzerland and Certified Agile manager from Scaled Agile Framework.

Dr.Mamoon’s academic contributions include 23 scientific research papers and 24 articles, with a focus on innovation, agility, lean construction, and sustainable materials. He has served as an assessor for the Dubai Government Excellence Program, was Dean at the American University in the Emirates, and is a recognized professional trainer and keynote speaker. His awards include the Ideas America Award (2018), Al Owais Creative Award (2017), and multiple DEWA accolades for knowledge management and financial expertise.
