Under his stewardship, the volunteer base has grown exponentially from just 9 individuals to an impressive network of over 150 dedicated volunteers who are always on call to support social impact initiatives.
James has successfully championed and mobilized volunteers for seven chapter projects, including the launch of the PMI Uganda Chapter Newsletter, a milestone achievement in December 2024. His dedication to advancing project management extends beyond borders, as evidenced by his collaboration with the PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF) to train 20 Social Impact volunteers from Care International in Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
