Tony Jacob is an accomplished Lean Project Management Consultant in the construction industry, with over 22 years of experience that exemplifies dedication and skill. He is distinguished by his global credentials in both Construction Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Lean Construction from the Lean Construction Institute (LCI).  Tony passionately provides training and management consulting services across Asia and the Middle East, committed to transforming the Construction Project Delivery System. He partners with organizations in various sectors of the construction industry to cultivate management skills, enhance productivity, optimize processes, embrace technology, refine project control measures, overcome delivery challenges, and uplift overall project performance. Authorized to train for the prestigious PMI-CP and CM-Lean certification courses by PMI and AGC, Tony is devoted to empowering others in the industry.
