Brief overview of the Webinar: “Leading Sustainable Transformation Through People, Purpose & Culture”
Sustainable transformation is not a one-time project, but a continuous journey that reshapes the entire organization and affects its value chain.
It begins with purpose — understanding the “Why” behind the change. It continues through the “What” — defining priorities, the scope, and the portfolio of projects. And then the “How to” — the tools, processes, methods, and KPIs that enable execution.
But here's the key we mustn’t forget: the transformation starts (and fails) with people, not the frameworks.
It calls for human-centric leadership, not only proper processes and methodologies. It requires a purpose-driven, supportive culture and the development of transversal skills that help people navigate ambiguity and stay engaged throughout the change journey so that the transformation is both delivered and sustained.
